Here is a collection of programs and pulse sequences that allow to record non-uniformly sampled spectra.

The pulse sequences were tested on a Bruker Avance750 spectrometer.

You may start with the HNCACOWG3D parameter set.

Make sure F1 is set up properly with H and N nuclei for respective HncocaNH and hNcocaNH exp. (nd0=nd10=2)

The pulse sequences are prosol compatible, but remember to set the correct shape pulse for sp9 (Q3.1000 in prosol file). Reburp pulse may replace Q3 for sp9 to achieve better shape profile.

sched2vc and vc2sched enable the interconversion of sampling schedules (2d.sched from RNMRTK) and vc lists for Bruker instruments,

the vc lists must be placed in xwinnmr/exp/stan/nmr/lists/vc directory.

The sampling schedules are designed for 750MHz spectrometer, and less than optimal for other instruments.
