README for TROSY triple resonance sequences.

1) Sequences written for Varian INOVA 750 MHz
   spectrometer using 4 channel configuration.

2) Sequences are adaptations of those published by
ETH TROSY team and employ ST2-PT scheme for TROSY
component selection using 3-9-19 WATERGATE for
supression of H2O. The sequences are sensitivity
enhanced and require preprocessing before 2D FT.

3) Shaped pulses created with Pbox or "Convolute" macro
   found in VNMR.

4) Pulse sequence, pulse sequence image and all required
waveforms are found in the .par directory along with
   the parameters in procpar.

5) Notes: HNCA--uses CB/CO WURST2 decoupling without
   THR/SER band. HN(CO)CA uses CB WURST2 decoupling without THR/SER
band. See JMR B 114 91-96 1996 for further details.

HN(CA)CO uses doubly selective rsnob pulses for CACO transfer.
See JMRB 110 112-115 for further details.

HN(CO)CA uses doubly selective rsnob pulses for COCA transfer.
Though CB-CA coupling does not influece the COCA transfer,
this pulse pair does not require Bloch-Siegert compensation
pulses. See JMR B 106 300-303 1995 for further information
   on RSNOB.

6) trosytrip.tar.gz has all of the trosy stuff (except this README).
