- hNCAnH for CA,N,H backbone walk stairway assignment (JACS 2009)
DFtripaphNCAnHsi is the published sequence. Others are alternative versions discussed in the text of JACS 2009 and tested on 6 kDa GB1 (3
D) and 33 kDa EntB (1D,2D). DFhNCAnHcpd is a modified version. All have optional non-uniform sampling (set l20 to 3). "Diagonal" and "cr
oss-peaks" have opposite phases and 1D may have little or no signal: uncomment the line with p24:sp9 and comment the line above to test f
or sensitivity. Put it back as initial for the actual experiment! Sensitivity is about half of HNCACB. Prosol compatible. Use you favorit
e pulses and let prosol calibrate them.
- DFtripaphNCAnHsi
With Nietlispach-type of sensitivity enhanced TROSY in 1H detect. Version used on large proteins and discussed in details in JACS 2009. NUS was performed subsequently and successfully on 25 and 50 kDa proteins.
- DFhNCAnHcpd.2
For 15N-13C small proteins. Modified version with CPD. Caution! not fully tested.
- DFipaphNCAnH1h
No TROSY selection for the detected 1H. Most likely useful for partially deuterated proteins. Here 1H13C scalar couplings are refocused with 180 1H pulses during CA evolution.Option to uncomment or comment deuterium decoupling (remove semi columns).
- DFipaphNCAnHipap1h
TROSY selected with ipap in 15N and 1H (detection). Here 1H13C scalar couplings are refocused with 180 1H pulses during CA evolution. Option to uncomment or comment deuterium decoupling (remove semi columns).
- DFtripaphNCAnH
Variant which allows for concatenation of ST2-PT and the last NCA INEPT.
